Saturday I ran 14 (gasp!) miles...the longest I've ever run...ever. The last mile was a bit rough, I'm not gonna lie. I ran this morning and my legs felt like 1,000 pound weights...the marathon is 10 weeks away and boy are they gonna be rough!
At 11 am on Saturday I worked my ticketmaster mojo and scored 4 tickets to the Broncos v. Titans for Monday night football on November 19! Yeah! Nosebleed seats...yes...but on the 40 yard line so they could be worse...AND they only cost $68 which is a ticket miracle as far as I'm concerned. I can't wait!
Sunday was the Rocky Mountain Texas Exes Freshman send-off...Bill Little, Assistant Athletic Director for Media for Mack Brown, was a surprise guest and he has possibly the greatest job ever. I told him to have Mack call me when he retires...
