If the entire country were Iowa...

I wonder what it would be like if the entire country was like Iowa...speaking solely of their involvement in politics of course. A place where people are engaged and educated...and while I don't necessarily think what happens in Iowa on January 3 should dictate the entire election cycle, if the populous of other state's were as involved in the political process as they are in Iowa...perhaps what happens there wouldn't matter as much because it would be the norm.
