Part of the Human Race

I spent the better part of Labor Day weekend in LA visiting Jessica and Aaron...we basically just hung out in between my mandated trips to H&M and In-N-Out burger (oh, and fancy fro yo was a new addition to the list).

LA has some fancy shopping!

The one big thing we did was run in the Nike Human Race 10k...which was run in 25 other cities throughout the world and LA was the biggest and last. It was fun, especially considering I thought it would be painful, but I managed to run 99% of the way with Jessica (Thanks for pulling me through, Jess!) and we had a great time at the race with Aaron and their neighbors Sandy and Nicole. Kanye West performed after the race, complete with fireworks. The next day we reviewed our results...I came in 188,376th place in the world...not bad!
