Texas lost today to Kansas State...the same team I watched ruin our BCS run at the end of last year while in a casino in Vegas. I hope someone is getting www.firegregdavis.com up and running again because our offensive play calling bit the big toe considering we were down by 20 points in the 4th quarter and kept throwing SIDEWAYS. Colt McCoy had practically every pass tipped (or intercepted) and K State ran two kickoffs back for a touchdown. Colt McCoy once again got drilled numerous times and got hurt...but they didn't put in John Chiles until less than 4 minutes left in the game...SO...the longhorn nation should be pretty bitter and vocal about that.
But prior to the game? COLORADO beat #3 OKLAHOMA. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!!? Colorado won negative amounts of games last year...I can't wait to read about how their fans set stuff on fire because that's what they do, win or lose. I told my friend Julie who lives in Boulder to lock up the dog just just to be safe. That's just obnoxious...who'd have thunk that the big Texas vs. OU game next weekend would be two 1-loss teams? Can't wait to hear all the CU fans I know talk a bunch of crap this week. I'll still go enjoy at least some of the game next weekend with my Chicago Texas Exes...the good thing about not running the marathon will be being able to "drink" through it if you know what I'm saying.
VY was at the game too...apparently even he couldn't get the team to drink enough of the VY Kool-Aid to get their crap together.
Oh well. I still love my Longhorns. VY 'till I die.
