A plea for Friday Night Lights

Hello blog readers,

I'm am writing this to PLEA for you to catch up on the first two seasons of Friday Night Lights (which you can watch for free online! yeah!). The third season debuts on NBC in a few weeks, on January 16, so you have plenty of time to catch up. It is critical that we get the ratings up on this, the best show on television, so that it will stick around. I take my television very seriously, so when I say, hands down, this is the best show on television, trust me, it is an educated statement.

I've been watching the third season on DirecTV, and it is amazing...and contrary to popular belief, more than just a football show.
