The Evolution of a Logo

Well, it's pretty well documented my love for Obama.  (Just an update that no, Oprah hasn't called.)  I also believe that in a past life, future life, or just maybe this life, I was/am/will be a graphic designer.  So I found this evolution of the Obama logo completely fascinating.  I do love their end result, but think all of the "finalists" would have been great.  A transition from traditional political logos, that is for sure.
